Through life coaching and health coaching people often look at me and see me as a role model for staff, which is exercise and a healthy diet. People often ask me questions like what I have for breakfast, what I do in the gym every day, why do not I "car care" and more! I'm happy to tell people the answers. To register for the breakfast, I have a green smoothie 3-4 days per week. Training days are organic and / Greek yogurt fruits, or sometimes I skip breakfast or bacon and eggs or the like.
